2. Seared Salmon (verlasso salmon, braised lentils, arugula, sauce choron)

3. White Bean Torte (DF, Vegetarian) (white bean and garbanzo torte, vandouvan cauliflower, romesco sauce, toasted

almonds)

11am: Silent Auction begins (come ten minutes early to set out your

items!) Please bring a check or cash for silent auction purchases

AND for adult beverages!

12pm: Lunch

1pm: Meeting
